You will receive a clean motorbike full of fuel. It comes with 2x clean half-face helmets, 2x raincoats, and 1x mobile phone holder. The price includes delivery service and motorbike insurance.

We deliver and take back our motorbike in most areas in Bali. We have two bike points at the moment located in Sanur (to cover Denpasar, Legian/Seminyak, Kerobokan/Canggu), and in Nusa Dua (to Benoa, Uluwatu/Ungasan, Kuta/Jimbaran).

Yes, most rental agencies, including us, require you to have a valid motorcycle license category SIM C, or equivalent. Be sure to check the requirements before renting.

The minimum age for renting a motorbike is typically 17 years old according to Indonesia’s government law. If you are younger with a valid license issued by your country, you are allowed to rent with us.

If you’re involved in an accident, stay calm and check for injuries. If necessary, seek medical attention immediately. Contact the local authorities to report the accident and inform us immediately. Be sure to have the rental contact information with you at all times in case of an emergency.

We protect all our bikes with insurance and this protection is already included in rent price. In the case of major damage or theft, our recovery and accounting department may decide to share the liability with you in a reasonable amount for repair costs or replacement. 

If you return the motorbike later than the agreed-upon time, you may incur additional charges, usually calculated by the hour or day. To avoid this, always ensure you have enough time to return the bike and check with us immediately if you want to extend the rent.

If you return the motorbike without filling up the petrol tank to the level it was at when you rented it, we will charge you for the missing fuel. We require you to return the bike with a full tank or at least the same fuel level as when you picked it up

We will not charge you cancelation fee if you cancel the order up to 72 hours prior to the booked date. In the case you cancel after 72 hours, you will be charged 50% of your order. Refund will normally take 7 business days to process.
