1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, our policy ensures flexibility:

  • Cancellation at Least 48 Hours Before Rental Date: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount you paid for the motorbike rental.
  • Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Rental Date: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a 30% cancellation fee. You will be refunded 70% of the total rental amount.
  • No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations: If you do not show up for your reservation or cancel on the same day of the rental, no refund will be issued.

2. Early Returns

If you choose to return the motorbike earlier than the agreed-upon return date, please note that we do not offer partial refunds for unused rental time. The full rental fee will be charged, regardless of the return time.

3. Damaged or Defective Motorbike

If the motorbike you rent is found to be defective or not in proper working order upon pickup, please notify us immediately. We will inspect the motorbike and either provide a replacement or offer a solution. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your rental.

However, if the motorbike is damaged during the rental period due to your actions (e.g., accidents, neglect, or misuse), you will be responsible for repair costs and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Weather-Related Refunds: We do not issue refunds due to weather conditions, as weather is beyond our control. However, if there is extreme weather, such as a natural disaster, that prevents safe riding or use of the motorbike, we will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events that affect the rental, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If we are unable to fulfill your reservation, you will be provided with a full refund.

5. Return of the Motorbike

  • On-Time Return: The motorbike must be returned by the agreed-upon time and date. If the motorbike is returned late, additional charges may apply, including an hourly or daily late fee.
  • Condition of the Motorbike: When returning the motorbike, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it was rented (excluding normal wear and tear). Any significant damage or missing parts will be charged to the renter, and no refund will be issued for the rental.
  • Fuel: The motorbike should be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was picked up. If the motorbike is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for refueling.

6. Refund Method

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges are non-refundable, including:

  • Insurance Fees: If insurance was purchased separately, it is non-refundable.
  • Late Return Fees: Any charges for returning the motorbike after the agreed return time.
  • Additional Equipment: Charges for accessories or additional services such as helmets, GPS, or extra insurance.
  • Fuel Charges: Any charges related to refueling the motorbike.
